spectral amplitude meter
effects/toolsa module for getting the relative loudness of certain parts of the spectrum. it features two measurements: “short-term” in the left channel and “long-term” in the right channel, as well as maximum readouts for both

controllers
group 1: main controls
- decay: the decay of the peak meters
- reset: resets the peak meters (including the maximum readouts)
group 2: isolation controls
- isolation freq: the frequency of the isolation bandpass filter in hertz
- isolation bandwidth: the bandwidth of the bandpass filter
- pink noise weighting amount: the amount of spectrum weighing. this turns pink noise into white noise and is meant for increasing accuracy of the readouts in the treble
group 3: maximum readout controls
- short-term maximum out enable: enables the short-term maximum readout in the left channel
- long-term maximum out enable: enables the long-term maximum readout in the right channel
group 4: monitoring controls
- monitor enable: enables monitoring. this sends the isolation filter output to the effect output. it’s useful for determining what will be metered in the effect
